Our fantastic Lifeguards make sure swimming pool users can have a great time – safely! Off poolside, they help ensure visitors have the best possible experience of our centres.
With a current NPLQ qualification, you’ll bring great people skills and bags of enthusiasm to this role, and be willing to offer flexible, casual support to the centre as needed.
(If you aren’t qualified currently but would like to be so you can work for us as a Lifeguard don’t worry - get in touch and we’ll see how we can help as we regularly run National Pool Lifeguard Qualification courses).

We’re a welcoming and active bunch who are loyal and care greatly about one another. You might also find we’re a tad competitive (in a friendly way) and the 2020/21 lockdowns didn’t stop this with many staff getting involved in team competitions & challenges to stay in touch with one another whilst we were closed.
Looking ahead we’re eager to be re-open, back doing what we love - engaging with customers and colleagues – and getting ready for many exciting projects we’ve planned in the months and years ahead.
